ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

THROTTLE SENSOR

CAUTION:
Do not remove the throttle sensor
splitting case 020. This component is set at the
factory with very sophisticated equipment.
CONTROL PROCEDURES
Using a pocket tester, bring the
the 0–0 probe into contact with each lead wire
of the throttle sensor, check for continuity, and
measure the resistance value.

ACTUATOR PULLEY CONTROL PROCEDURE
Using a pocket tester, check the actuator resi-
stance values.
Tester connected to:
R/N - N/R
Ar - N/Bi
NOTE:
Do not move the pulley during measurement.
The pulley should move within the angle range
indicated by the arrow.
CAUTION:
Do not force the pulley in an attempt to move it
beyond the angle range indicated by the arrow.

ADVERTENCIA:
No hay que desmontar el sensor del acelerador
010 de la caja del duplicador de los cables del ace-
lerador 020. Este componente es regulado en la fá-
brica con equipos muy sofisticados.
MODALIDADES DE CONTROL
Conectar los terminales
de bolsillo a todos los terminales de los cables
del sensor del acelerador, para verificar la conti-
nuidad y medir el valor de resistencia.

MODALIDADES DE CONTROL DE LA POLEA
DEL ACCIONADOR
Verificar los valores de resistencia del acciona-
dor con un tester de bolsillo.
Tester conectado Resistencia

NOTA:
No hay que mover la polea durante las mediciones.
Hay que girar la polea con un ángulo compren-
dido dentro de los límites indicados por las fle-
chas.
ADVERTENCIA:
No hay que forzar la polea más allá de los límites
indicados por la flecha.
