ENGINE
Wipe off all traces of oil from the tapered
portion of the rotor and also the crankshaft.
Apply LOCTITE ® 648 to the nut and tighten it to
the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 75 – 85 Nm (7,5 – 8,5 kgm)
Rotor holder 0A0: 8600395
Apply LOCTITE ® 648
Apply LOCTITE ® 221 to the pick-up coil and
stator bolts, and tighten them to the specified
torque.
1 Stator coil
2 Signal generator (pick-up)
Tightening torque: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)
Apply LOCTITE ® 221
Mount the piston rings in the order of expan-
der ring, 2nd ring and top ring.
1 Expander ring
2 2nd ring
3 Top ring
Top and 2nd rings have the letter "T" marked
on the side. When fitting them to the piston be
sure to bring the marked side to top.
MOTOR
Limpiar con un trapo la parte cónica del rotor y
del eje motor para eliminar los residuos de
aceite.
Aplicar LOCTITE ® 648 sobre la tuerca y apretar
al par establecido.
Par de apriete: 75 – 85 Nm (7,5 – 8,5 kgm)
Retén para rodete 0A0: 8600395
Aplicar LOCTITE ® 648
Aplicar LOCTITE ® 221 sobre los tornillos de las
bobinas pick-up y sobre los tornillos del estator
y apretarlos al par establecido.
1 Bobina estator
2 Generador de impulsos (pick-up)
Par de apriete: 6 – 10 Nm (0,6 – 1,0 kgm)
Aplicar LOCTITE ® 221
Montar los segmentos del pistón en este or-
den: anillo de expansión, segundo segmento y
segmento superior.
1 Anillo de expansión
2 Segundo segmento
3 Segmento superior
El segundo segmento y el superior tienen la le-
tra "T" marcada en un lado.
Cuando se monta el segmento sobre el pistón,
hay que cercionarse de que el lado con la letra
marcada esté hacia arriba.
