Coloque un recipiente con capacidad no inferior a 2
por debajo del empalme filtro (1), para recuperar el
aceite.
Prepare una abrazadera de destornillador
para sustituirla la original (de tipo especial sin

tornillo).
Corte la abrazadera (2) del filtro (1).
Durante la instalación sustituya la abrazadera
con una nueva.
Desconecte el filtro (1) del depósito aceite mezclador

(4).
Instale y fije el filtro (1) verticalmente de modo
que el aceite residual que ha quedado en los
tubos (5) no se salga.
Recupere el aceite en el recipiente de recogida.
Extraiga el tubo de purga (6).
Desconecte el conector eléctrico de la sonda (7).
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (8).
Destornille y quite el tornillo (9) y guarde el casquillo
especial (10).
Saque el depósito aceite mezclador (4).
Vacíe del todo el líquido refrigerante, véase pág. 2-24
(SUBSTITUCIÓN DEL LÍQUIDO DE REFRIGERA-
CIÓN).
Desplace la abrazadera (11) y extraiga el tubo aceite
mezclador (12).
Extraiga el tubo de purga (13).
Extraiga y quite el tornillo (14).
Extraiga y quite el tornillo (15) y guarde el casquillo es-

pecial (16).
Saque el depósito de expansión (17) completo de
toma de aire.
Prepare unas abrazaderas de tipo destornilla-
dor y sustitúyalas a las originales (de tipo es-
pecial sin tornillo).
Corte la cabeza de las abrazaderas de los tubos del
radiador desde la parte del motor.
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (18).
Par de apriete tornillos de sujeción radiador: 10 Nm
(1 kgm).
Saque el radiador (19) girándolo y levantándolo por
delante.

Position a container with at least 2
-
filter coupling (1), to gather the oil.
Get a screwdriver-type pipe clamp, to replace

the original one (special type without screw).
Cut the clamp (2) of the filter (1).
Upon reassembly, replace the clamp with a
new one.

Disconnect the filter (1) from the mixer oil tank (4).
Position and fix the filter (1) vertically, so that
the residual oil left in the pipe (5) cannot flow
out.
Gather the oil in the container.
Withdraw the breather pipe (6).
Disconnect the electric connector of the sensor (7).
Unscrew and remove the two screws (8).
Unscrew and remove the screw (9) and take the spe-
cial bushing (10).
Remove the mixer oil tank (4).
Drain the coolant completely, see p. 2-24 (CHANGING
THE COOLANT).
Move the clamp (11) and withdraw the mixer oil pipe
(12).
Withdraw the breather pipe (13).
Unscrew and remove the screw (14).
Unscrew and remove the screw (15) and take the spe-

cial bushing (16).
Remove the expansion tank (17) complete with air in-
take.
Prepare screwdriver-type pipe clamps, which
must be used to replace the original ones
(special type without screw).
Cut the head of the radiator pipe clamps on the engine
side.
Unscrew and remove the two screws (18).
Driving torque of the radiator fastening screws: 10
Nm (1 kgm).
Remove the radiator (19) by rotating and lifting it fron-
tally.
