CHASSIS

REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY

Disassemble the seat and fuel tank.
Disassemble the air filter case.
Support the motorcycle securely with the spe-
cial stand.
Disassemble the rear wheel.
Release the rear brake hose from the three fair
leads.
Loosen the clamps 010
shock absorber tank.
Remove the bolt 020
sorber attachment.
Remove the bolt 030
connecting rod to the chassis.
Loosen the ring nut

Remove the fork pin.
Remove the fork-shock absorber-double con-
necting rod-single connecting rod from the
chassis.
Detach the shock absorber by removing the
lower attachment screw.
Separate the single connecting rods
the fork and double connecting rod 070.
Disassemble the seal rings 080, bush 090, pins
100, needle bearings 0110, roller bearings
and roller cases 0130
NOTE:
All the bearings and roller cases disassembled mu-
st be replaced with new ones.

EXTRACCION Y DESMONTAJE
Desmontar el sillín y el depósito del combusti-
ble.
Desmontar la caja del filtro de aire.
Sujetar sólidamente la motocicleta con el ca-
ballete apropiado.
Desmontar la rueda trasera.
Soltar el tubo de freno trasero de los tres pasa-
cabos.
Aflojar las abrazaderas
to del amortiguador trasero.
Extraer el perno 020
amortiguador.
Extraer el perno 030
chasis.
Aflojar la tuerca 040
lación del perno de la horquilla.
Extraer el perno de la horquilla.
Extraer el conjunto de horquilla-amortiguador-
biela doble- bielas individuales del chasis.
Desmontar el amortiguador sacando los tornil-
los de la fijación inferior.
Separar las bielas individuales
quilla y de la biela doble 070.
Desmontar los anillos de retén 080, el casquillo
090, los pasadores 0100, los cojinetes de
agujas 0110, los cojinetes de rodillos
estuches de rodillos 0130.
NOTA:
Después de cada desmontaje, los cojinetes y los
estuches de rodillos tienen que ser substituídos
con otros nuevos.
