ENGINE REINSTALLATION

Reinstall the engine in the reverse order of engine
removal.
When remounting the engine, engage the dri-
ve chain to the sprocket and mount the engine
sprocket to the drive shaft.
Position the engine assembly on the frame and
insert the rear mounting bolt
der mounting bolt 020.
Attach the cradle 040
the engine front mounting bolt 030.
Tighten the cradle/chassis attaching screws
temporarily.
When all the fasteners are positioned properly,
tighten them to the specified torque.
Tightering torques:
Front bolt 030: 50 Nm (5,0 kgm)
Inside bolt 020: 25 Nm (2,5 kgm)
Outside bolt 010: 50 Nm (5,0 kgm)
Transmission oil drain plug:
20 – 25 Nm (2,0 – 2,5 kgm)
Chassis cradle screws:
22 – 28 Nm (2,2 – 2,8 kgm)
Install the water hoses.
Secure the water hoses with clamp properly.
Install the radiator.
Install the water hoses, to the radiator.
Secure the water hoses with clamp properly.

Volver a montar el motor sobre el chasis realizan-
do, en sentido contrario, el procedimiento del de-
smontaje.
Cuando se vuelve a montar el motor, hay que
colocar la cadena sobre el piñón e instalar el
piñón sobre el eje.
Colocar el motor sobre el chasis e introducir,
en primer lugar, el perno de fijación trasero
010 y después, el perno de fijación inferior 020.
Hay que fijar el apoyo

Apretar los tornillos de fijación del apoyo al
chasis.
Cuando todos los elementos de fijación estén
colocados correctamente, hay que apretarlos
al par establecido.
Pares de apriete:
Perno delantero 030: 50 Nm (5,0 kgm)
Perno inferior 020: 25 Nm (2,5 kgm)
Perno trasero 010: 50 Nm (5,0 kgm)
Tapón de vaciado del aceite del cambio:
20 – 25 Nm (2,0 – 2,5 kgm)
Tornillos de fijación del apoyo al chasis:
22 – 28 Nm (2,2 – 2,8 kgm)
Instalar los tubos del circuito de refrigeración.
Bloquear sólidamente los tubos con las juntas.
Montar el radiador.
Montar los tubos del circuito de refrigeración
sobre el radiador.
Bloquear sólidamente los tubos con las juntas.
