ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

AIR SOLENOIDS

Set the ignition checker on "MODE 3" and the
adaptor on "MODE 4".
MINIMUM AIR SOLENOID
Check the operation of solenoid with a pocket
tester (range: DC 25V).
Insert a 0–0 probe of pocket tester to the G/V
lead wire's coupler and a
tester to the Ar/N lead wire's coupler.
Turning the "REVOLUTION" dial knob gra-
dually to check the following operations at the
specified rpm.
at 500 rpm = "OFF"
at 1.000 rpm = "ON"
at 2.000 rpm = "OFF"
MAXIMUM AIR SOLENOIDS
Depress the ignition checker "MODE 3" button
and turn "MODE 4" adaptor button .
Depress the "POWER" button.
Turn the switch to "START" position.
Check the operation of max air solenoids by
"click" sound emitted y the solenoids when
they are fed.
The normal functioning of the solenoids in re-
lation to the opening angle of the throttle knob
is as follows:
only one "click"
at 4.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 complete
continuous series of "click"
at 6.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 complete
continuous series of "clicks"
at 8.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 complete
0+0 probe of pocket

INSTALACION ELECTRICA
SOLENOIDES AIRE
Poner el ignition checker en el "MODE 3" y el
adaptador en el "MODE 4".
SOLENOIDE AIRE MINIMO
Controlar el funcionamiento del solenoide aire
mínimo con un tester de bolsillo (escala: DC 25 V).
Introducir el terminal
nal del cable G/V del conector y el terminal
en el terminal Ar/N del conector.
Girando de manera gradual la manecilla del
cuadrante "REVOLUTION" verificar las siguien-
tes condiciones según el número de revolucio-
nes correspondiente:
a 500 rpm = OFF
a 1.000 rpm = ON
a 2.000 rpm = OFF
SOLENOIDES AIRE MAXIMO
Apretar la tecla "MODE 3" en el ignition checker
y girar la manecilla del adaptador en el "MODE
4".
Apretar la tecla "POWER".
Girar el interruptor en la posición "START".
Controlar el funcionamiento de los solenoides
aire máximo por el sonido "click" emitido por los
solenoides cuando son alimentados.
El funcionamiento normal de los solenoides en
relación al ángulo de apertura de la manecilla del
acelerador es el siguiente:
sólo un "click"
a 4.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 apertura
serie continua de "click"
a 6.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 apertura
serie continua de "click"
a 8.000 rpm
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 apertura
