ENGINE
Install the following clutch housing parts:
washer 010; clutch housing 020; spacer
and washer 040.
NOTE:
The washer 010 is 3 mm thick and washer
mm thick.
Prepare the clutch sleeve hub subassembly
050 using the following parts:
wave washer seat 060; wave washer 070;
clutch driven plate No. 2
Install the clutch sleeve hub subassembly
using lock washer 0100
When tightening the nut 0110, lock the sleeve
hub rotation with special tool.
Tightening toque: 40 – 60 Nm (4,0 – 6,0 kgm)
Clutch sleeve hub holder: 8600391
Bend the washer to prevent the nut from
loosening.
Install alternately a clutch drive plate and a dri-
ven plate in the clutch housing. Oil all the pla-
tes.
Prepare the pressure plate subassembly using
the following parts:
washer 0150; bearing 0160; release rack
and circlip 0180.

Montar las piezas siguientes de la campana del
embrague: arandela 010; campana del embra-
gue 020; distanciador
NOTA:
La arandela 010 tiene un espesor de 3 mm y la
arandela 040 tiene un espesor de 2 mm.
Preparar el subgrupo del cubo del embrague
050 con las piezas siguientes:
alojamiento del disco elástico del embrague
060; disco elástico del embrague 070; disco del
embrague conducido N. 2
Montar el subgrupo
gue con la arandela de seguridad
tuerca 0110.
Cuando se aprieta la tuerca 0110, hay que blo-
quear la rotación del cubo con la herramienta
especial.
Par de apriete: 40 – 60 Nm (4,0 – 6,0 kgm)
Retén para cubo del embrague: 8600391
Doblar la arandela para prevenir el aflojamien-
to de la tuerca.
Instalar alternativamente un disco de embra-
gue conductor y un disco conducido en la cam-
pana del embrague. Engrasar los discos.
Preparar el subgrupo del plato de empuje con
las piezas siguientes:
arandela 0150; cojinete 0160; plato para el de-
sembrague 0170 y anillo elástico 0180.
