ENGINE
Loosen the carburettor clamp screws.
Move the air cleaner case rearward, and remo-
ve the carburettors.
Loosen the clamps and disconnect the
following lead wires.
– Neutral indicator switch lead
– Magneto connector
– Regulator/rectifier lead.
Disconnect the spark plug caps from the spark
plugs.
Disconnect the other lead wires.
Detach the gearbox breather hose.
Shift the hose clip sideways and disconnect the
oil hose.
Unclamp the radiator hoses at engine side and
remove the radiator from the chassis.
Radiator fastening screw tightening torque:
7 – 9 Nm (0,7 – 0,9 kgm)
MOTOR
Aflojar los tornillos de las juntas de los carbu-
radores.
Poner hacia atrás la caja del filtro de aire y sa-
car los carburadores.
Aflojar las juntas y desconectar los hilos del ca-
bleo siguientes.
– Hilo del interruptor del testigo de
punto muerto
– Conector del generador
– Conector del regulador/rectificador.
Sacar los casquillos de las bujías.
Desconectar las otras conexiones del cableo.
Desconectar el tubo de ventilación del cambio.
Mover lateralmente la junta y desconectar el
tubo del aceite.
Aflojar las juntas de los tubos del radiador de la
parte del motor y desmontar el radiador del
chasis.
Par de apriete de los tornillos de fijación del radia-
dor: 7 – 9 Nm (0,7 – 0,9 kgm)
