ENGINE
Remove the oil pump driven gear 010.
Pull out the gearshift fork shafts
and remove the gearshift forks
Pull out the gearshift cam shaft 060.
Remove the countershaft
080.
Disassemble the gears following the instruc-
tions below.
Countershaft gears: to disassemble the 2nd
drive gear, the ring 0B0
ter the circlip 0A0.
Remove the oil pump strainer 0C0.
Remove the oil pump cover 0D0.
Pull off the pump shaft
020 and 030,
040 and 050.
070 and drive shaft
should be removed af-
0E0 and pin 0F0.
MOTOR
Sacar el engranaje conducto
de aceite.
Extraer los ejes de las horquillas del cambio
020 y 030, y luego sacar las horquillas
Extraer el desmodrómico del cambio 060.
Desmontar el eje primario
rio 080.
Desmontar los engranajes siguiendo las ins-
trucciones indicadas a continuación.
Engranajes del eje primario: para desmontar el
engranaje conductor de la 2a, el anillo
que ser extraído después del anillo elástico 0A0.
Desmontar el filtro de la bomba del aceite 0C0.
Desmontar la tapa de la bomba del aceite 0D0.
Extraer el eje 0E0 de la bomba y el perno 0F0.
