ENGINE DISASSEMBLY

Remove the kick starter lever.
Tightening torque: 18 – 28 Nm (1,8 – 2,8 kgm)
Remove the cylinder heads.
Remove the cylinders.
Remove the exhaust valve pulley 0A0.
Remove the exhaust valve lever set screw
and washer 030.
Remove the exhaust valve pulley lever 010.
Remove the cover 040
020
from the cylinder.
MOTOR

DESMONTAJE DEL MOTOR

Desmontar el pedal de arranque.
Par de apriete: 18 – 28 Nm (1,8 – 2,8 kgm)
Desmontar las culatas.
Desmontar los cilindros.
Desmontar la polea
pe.
Desmontar el tornillo de bloqueo de la palanca
de la válvula de escape
Sacar la palanca 010
de escape.
Desmontar la tapa 040

0A0 de la válvula de esca-
020 y la arandela 030.
de la polea de la válvula
del cilindro.
