ENGINE
Install the cylinder cover.
Position the cylinder gasket
case.
Apply oil to the piston and cylinder sliding sur-
faces.
NOTE:
Make sure that each piston ring end gap position is
properly matching the locating pin.
Push in the dowel pin
hand.
Install the cylinder over the piston slowly and
carefully so as not to damage the piston ring.
Position the head gasket 030on the cylinder.
Tightening torque: 23 – 27 Nm (2,3 – 2,7 kgm)
Install the cylinder head 040. On the five stud
bolts the copper washer and the cap nut
should be fitted.
Install the water pipe elbow connector 060.
Tightening torque: 23 – 27 Nm (2,3 – 2,7 kgm)
NOTE:
Carry out the same procedures to assemble the
Left cylinder parts (L).

MOTOR
Montar la tapa del alojamiento de la válvula.
Posicionar la junta del cilindro
ter.
Lubricar las superficies de desplazamiento del
pistón y del cilindro.
NOTA:
Hay que cercionarse de que cada segmento esté
situado de manera que los extremos correspon-
dan al retén del pistón.
Introducir manualmente el pasador
cilindro.
Instalar el cilindro sobre el pistón lentamente y
con cuidado, sin dañar los segmentos del pi-
stón.
Posicionar la junta 030
Par de apriete: 23 – 27 Nm (2,3 – 2,7 kgm)
Instalar la culata 040. Montar una arandela de
cobre y una tuerca ciega
pernos prisioneros.
Montar el racord de salida del líquido de refri-
geración 060.
Par de apriete: 23 – 27 Nm (2,3 – 2,7 kgm)
NOTA:
Proceder de la misma manera para montar las pie-
zas del cilindro izquierdo (L).
