FRU Removal and Replacement
This section describes the removal and replacement procedures for the FRUs
in the VS 3100 (model 40) system. To use this section, find the name of the
FR U that needs replacing in Table 5-1 then go to the section listed beside
the FRU. Follow the steps in the section to remove the FRU and reverse the
procedures to replace the FRU. Always test the replaced device for proper
operation.
CAUTION
Wear a static wrist strap and use a static mat when replacing FRUs.
