14.2 Adjusting the locking latch

(1) - Locking latch
(2) - Hook bearing
(3) - Nut
Proper setting
There should be no more than 0.1 mm of play between threaded pin (4)
and hook bearing (2).
To adjust the locking latch and the control cam:
1. Loosen the nut (3).
2. Screw in the threaded pin (4) until there is a maximum play of 0.1 mm
3. Tighten the nut (3).
4. Check if the locking latch (1) reaches all the way to the bolt (5) when

Procedure: turn the roller until it reaches the highest point of the control
cam, engage the locking latch (1), turn back the control cam and release
the locking latch (1), swing out the thread-pulling knife, and lower
the control cam until the locking latch (1) catches.
