To adjust the needle thread regulator:
1. Open the throat plate slide ( p. 28).
2. Turn the jog dial and observe the cycle of the needle thread around
3. Loosen screws (1) and (2).
4. Move the needle thread regulator (3)
5. Tighten screws (1) and (2).
