If the signal quality (1) does not display the value 1:
Test Loop control sub-item
Use this sub-item to test the functionality of the loop control.
To check the loop control:
1. Open the menu Service > Multi test > Test Loop control.
2. Turn the handwheel and complete a few stitches.
 The bobbin thread counter and the bobbin rotation counter are counting

• Calibrate the adjusted sensor in the menu Service > Calibra-
tion > Material thickness detection ( p. 181)

Counts the current loops
Total of hook thread loops
Counts the rotations of the bobbin
Total of rotations
Counts the skip stitches for which the sensor was unable to
detect a loop
Total of skip stitches
Indicates the degree of pollution. The value must be 0 on
delivery.
