Disable autoanswer function.
SO determines how many ring signals the modem
has to detect
before answering a call.
Register SO is used to inform the modem how many ringing
tones it will accept before answering (automatic reply). "O" or
when SO=0 means that the modem will not reply at all when
someone rings.
If the SO register is set to 1, the modem will
reply immediately.
