fuel presre

curbocharging. (cont.)
Ruptured boost pres-
sure reference line
to fuel pressure
regulating
valve.
Remedy
Continue operation until
next landing if engine -
is smooth; otherwse,
reduce power to obtain
smooch engine operation.
Ground check fuel
system.
Engine runs hot (5003
or more) when turbo-
charging or naturally
asprated.
May be due to extreme
hot weat
Cracked or loose cyl-
inder cooling ir
baffles.
Dunng climb.
Over-boost or RPM
too high.
Fuel mixture too lean
during very hot
weather
Mis-timed ignition.
