b. Check the piston hooung. piston and torque plae for crai.
c. Check the inrlaton for crack or brircenen.
d. Inspect the cylinder wlls for scratches or burn tha might allow "0" ring damage or leakage.

Check the brake disc for grooves, sntches or pits. A single groove or isolated groove up to .031 of
an inch deep would not necessitate replacement but a grooving of the entire urface would reduce lining life
and should be replaced.
f. Lining cn be removed by lifting it from be insulator and an be replaced by placing the aligning
pin through the insulator and into the cylinder housing or torque plate.
NOTE
Linings should be replaced if a coal thickness of liing and carrier is les
than 0.130 inch.

a. Lubricae the "0" rings (6) with MIL-H-5606 hydraulic oil and insall on the pistons (5).
b. Slide the piscons in the cylinder housing (7) until flush with the housing.
c.
Install the insulators (2) and lining carners (3) on the cylinder housing (7) and torque place (1).
