Cae Trouble
Remedy
Failure of engine to
stt.
Lack of fuel.
Underpriming.
O rprnming.
Incorrect throttle
setting.
Defective spark plup.
Defecive battery.
Improper openrion of
magneto breaker poinu.
Air bubbles in fuel system.
Fuel pump failure.
Fuel line restricted.
Lack of sufficient fuel
pressure.
Internal falure.
Clogged injector nozzles.
Defective ignition wire.
Check fuel system for leaks.
Fill fuel tank. Clean
dirty line srainenr or
fuel cocks.
Prime by holding boost pump
switch 4 co 10 seconds.
Place control in "idle-cur-
off". Open throttle and
unload engine by turning
over with starter
Open throttle to 1/8 of its
ruange.
Clean and adjust or replace
spark plug or plugs.
Replace with charged
battery.
Clean point. Check internal
timing of manetos.
Check fuel vent.
Replace pump.
Check inlet line.
Check fuel strainer and fuel
adjustments.
Check oil sump strainer for
me-i particles. If found,
complete overhaul of the
engine may be required.
Remove from cylinders. clean
in acetone solvent, blow
through the injector nozzle
opposite directon of fuel
flow with compressed air.
100 psi.
Check with electric tester.
and replace any defective
wires.
