NOTE: Lised Hinge Moments are applicable o complete
rudder asemblies painted and with balance
weights and rudder rip installed.
NOTE
A rudder which is overly tniling edge heavy my be balanced by adding
addirioral weigh in the form of AN960-10 wuhen under the heads of
the balnce weiht armchment bols. A maximum of two wahen per
bolt along with longer bolts o accep the added wubhen is allowed. The
washers must be spaced evenly on both balance weigho. (Refer
to
Figure 47c.)
h. Any rudder which doe not balnce within the given specificiom must be aered or replaced.
