Failure of engine to
StAT.
Lak of fuel.
Wuer in fuel injector.
Inrsfficient prime.
Overpriming.
Lack of sufficient
fuel flow.
Incorrect throttle
setmng.
Defective spark plug.
Defective igniion wire.
Improper operation of
magneto to breaker
points.
Internal failure.
Frozen spark plug
electrodes.
Shorted ignition switch.
Check fuel system for
leaks.
Fill fuel anks.
Clean dirty lies,
screens, or fuel valves.
Drain water from fuel
system.
Increse prime.
Open throttle and engage
starier.
Clean fuel srainers
and screes. Check
fuel pump.
Open throrde to one-
tenth of its rnge.
Clean nd adjust or
replace spark plug
or plugs. Refer to
Table 11-I for spark
plug pp adjustments.
Check with elecrnc
tester and replace
any defective wires.
Check internal timg
of magnetos.
Clean and set poins.
Check oil sump screen
for metal particles.
If found, complete
overhaul of the engine
may be indicated.
Replace spark plugs or
dry out removed plugs.
Check and replace or
repair.
