Test Head Test

This test is to check if the test head works normally.
Required Equipment
Description
Calibration Kit
N(m)-N(m), 61cm Cable
Procedure
The following is the procedure to perform the Test Head Test.
Step 1. Make sure that noting is connected to the instrument.
Step 2. Open the External Test dialog box as described in "To Execute the External Test" on
page 189.
Step 3. Click on External Test dialog box.

Step 4. Connect RF OUT and PORT1 using N Cable. Then click
Step 5. Connect RF OUT and PORT2 using N Cable. Then click
Step 6. Connect the Test Head to the instrument, and connect the 50ohm Termination of the
16195B to DUT Port on the Test Head. Then click

DC Bias Test (Option 001 only)

This test is to check if the function of A2 DC Bias Board(Option 001) works normally.

The following is the procedure to perform the DC Bias Test.
Step 1. Connect the Test Head to the instrument.
Step 2. Open the External Test dialog box as described in "To Execute the External Test" on
page 189.
Step 3. Click on External Test dialog box.
