You can confirm whether the E4991A LAN hardware and setting is available or not using
ping command. Type "ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", and press
Prompt window. Where "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" is the IP address of the E4991A you assigned.
Figure 4-27 and Figure 4-28 are examples of the ping command response. When the
E4991A returns response to the personal computer, such a Figure 4-27 is displayed. When
the E4991A doesn't return the response, such a Figure 4-28 is displayed.
If the E4991A doesn't return the response, there is a possibility that the A25 LAN Interface
board gives problem.
