Step 4. Power On Self Test

The power on self test is executed once automatically before the measurement starts. For

details, refer to "Troubleshooting Using Internal Test" on page 172. In addition, a message

of the "Internal Test In Progress..." is displayed during the power on self test in progress. If

an hang-up occurs during the power on self test, problem seems in analog block such as A1

Reference OSC, A3 Source, A4 Receiver or A2 DC Bias(Opt.001).
