The purpose of this procedure is to adjust the 10MHz high stability reference oscillator
(Option 1D5) frequency.

Procedure

Step 1. Run the adjustment program.
Step 2. Choose the A5 Adjustment(Opt.1D5) in the Spot Adjustment.
It is possible to perform this item with the All Adjustment too.
Step 3. Connect the instrument as shown in Figure 3-16.
