Required Adjustment after Replacing Assembly

If you replace the following assembly, the adjustment items as shown in Table 3-2 are

required. Then perform the corresponding adjustment using the Spot Adjustment in the

Adjustment Program.

*1.If your instrument has an option 001(A2 DC Bias), also perform A2 Adjustment.
