Sub side detector: Error 4
Alarm No.
The machine side detector (CN3 side) detected an error. As details differ for each detector, refer to "Appendix 2.3.1" for
1E
the description of this alarm.
Investigation details
1
Check the alarm No. "1B" items.
Sub side detector: Communication error
Alarm No.
An error was detected in communication data with the linear scale or the ball screw side detector. Or the communication
1F
was interrupted.
Investigation details
Jiggle the detector connectors (drive unit
1
side and detector side) and check if they are
disconnected.
Is the detector cable wired in the same
conduit as the motor's power cable, or are
2
the two cables laid in parallel near each
other?
Is the motor FG wire connected only to the
3
drive unit which drives it?
(Is the motor grounded to one point?)
Turn the power OFF, and check the detector
4
cable connection with a tester. (Is the cable
shielded?)
Replace with another unit, and check
5
whether the fault is on the unit side or
detector side.
Check if there is any abnormality in the
detector's ambient environment.
6
(Ex. Ambient temperature, noise,
grounding)
Sub side detector: No signal2
Alarm No.
When an excessive error alarm occurred, no signal from the machine side detector was detected.
21
An error was detected in the ABZ-phase in the full closed loop control system.
Investigation details
Check the servo parameter (SV025. pen:
machine side detector), and spindle
1
parameter (SP019) setting value.
Are the pulse type detector parameters set
for a serial communication type detector?
Jiggle the detector connectors (drive unit
2
side and detector side) and check if they are
disconnected.
Turn the power OFF, and check the detector
3
cable connection with a tester.
Replace with another unit, and check
4
whether the fault is on the unit side or
detector side.
Check if there is any abnormality in the
detector's ambient environment.
5
(Ex. Ambient temperature, noise,
grounding)
Alarm No.
Detector data error:
22
Drive unit received a wrong feedback data (scattered data) from the detector and position deviation occurred.
Investigation details
Check if the installation of the detector is
1
loosened.
Check if an excessive vibration is occurring
2
during machining.
3
Check the investigation item No.2 or subsequent items in Alarm No.21.
