Setting the printed size of the labels or
tags correctly prevents accidental
printing outside the paper, which would
necessitate extensive cleaning.

. In the "BJ Label/Card Printer box", you can choose between 20

predefined custom label sizes. The paper size and setup name for
the selected custom size is displayed in the box to facilitate
selecting the right one.
If you want to change the setup for one of the 20 predefined
custom sizes, select it in the "Custom Size" scroll box and click
the "User setup..." button. If not, proceed at paragraph 9.
. In the "User setup" box, enter the desired settings and click on

the "OK" button. The following values and options can be used:
- Name
Displays the name of the present setting.
Immediately after installation, the name of a commonly used
paper size is set as default in the Label Printer. Change the
names if necessary.
The user can enter a name consisting of up to 20 characters.
Names consisting only of spaces or prefixed/affixed with a
space are not valid.
The same name cannot be used for two different settings.
- Unit
Sets either mm or inch units for Paper Size and Paper Margin.
- Media Type
Select the type of paper in the scroll box. Your choice affects
how the top-of-form is detected.
- Mark/hole length
Set the length in the unit of millimeters. The input range varies
with paper types.
Label/gap:
Label/marker, tag/marker, tag/hole:
If an invalid value is entered and the [OK] button is pressed,
the value changes automatically to the closest proper value.
