4. Enter an additional destination.
5. Press Yes.
6. Press Function.
Note: You cannot erase files that were received using Confidential Reception.
Canceling a Polling Transmission
This is how to cancel a file (reservation) which is reserved for the Polling
Transmission or the free polling .
During the Polling Transmission, the file is cancelled after the transmission has
finished.
1. Press Function, 2 and 3.
2. Either:
Print a list of files:  Start.
Scroll through the files on the display:

until the required file appears. Then
press Yes.
If you know the file number, input it
directly: 0 0 0 2 Yes.
3. Press Yes.
