Printing a Confidential Fax Message
If the Receive File indicator is blinking, do the following to print the message.
1. Function 5 and 5.
2. Input the ID. Example: 6 7 5 4 from the ten
key pad.
If you cannot output a confidential file
with this ID, you have input the wrong ID
or the sender may have over-ridden your
ID.
Contact your sender.
3. Start.
Note: If the Receive File indicator is blinking, an incoming fax message has
been stored in the memory using the Memory Lock feature or
Confidential Reception feature.
To print the message which is memory locked, see page 107.
