FUEL LINE AND PRIMER

Model 115, 120, and 140 fuel line assembly is not
same model 90, 70, 60, 50 and 40 one.
Before complete disassembly of fuel line and primer,
check for damage or blockage of fuel line quick
disconnects at engine and fuel tank.
Disassembly
1. Disconnect fuel line from engine and fuel tank.
2. Carefully remove all hose clamps with flat blade screwdriver.
3. Disassemble all components.
Cleaning and Inspection
All worn, damaged, or missing parts must be replaced.
1. Clean all components with warm soapy water and rinse
thoroughly with fresh water.
2. Dry all components with low pressure compressed air. All parts
and passages must be completely dry.
3. Inspect all parts for wear or damage. Make sure check valves in
quick disconnects open freely when pressed.
