14. Connect RED tester lead to neutral start switch

lead (20) and turn main key switch (10) to START
position.
If meter does not indicate battery voltage, test neutral
13 14
start switch (21). Refer to Neutral Start Switch Test in
this section.
If meter indicates battery voltage, go to next step.
