- The corresponding Number option should be the Department Group master number.
- For example, to allow callers to place Screened Transfers to Department Group 1 with a mas-
ter number of 600, enter STRF for the Action and 600 for the corresponding Number.
✔ By default, there are no STRF actions assigned to Department Groups.
