Park and Page / Automated Attendant Direct to Voice Mail
Operation
To record your Paging Message:
1.
Log onto your Subscriber Mailbox.
[Paging Message]
2.
[More> + More> + Page]
3.
Do one of the following.
[Listen]
a.
[Lstn]
[Record]
b.
[Rec]
[Erase]
c.
[Erase]
[Back]
d.
[Back]
To set your Call Handling options:
• This includes Automated Attendant Direct to Voice Mail as well as Park and Page.

Log onto your Subscriber Mailbox.
[Mbox Options]

[More> + Optns]
[Call Options]

[CallH]

Do one of the following.
[Direct to V-Mail]
a.
[DVM]
[Paging]
[Paging]
[Back]

Recording your Paging Message
Select Paging Message.
• Alternately dial PG (74).
Select to listen to the current Paging Message (if any).
• Alternately dial L (5).

Exit the listen mode.
Select to record the Paging Message.
• Alternately dial R (7).
[Pause]
Select to pause recording.
[Pause]
• Alternately dial * .
[Resume]
Select to resume recording (if paused).
[Resume]
• Alternately dial * .
[Cancel]
Select to erase the recording.
[Cncl]
• Alternately dial E (3).
[Done]
Select to confirm the recording and exit the recording mode.
[Done]
• Alternately dial # .
Select to erase the Paging Message.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Select to go back to the Mailbox Main Menu.
• Alternately dial # .
Setting the Call Handling Options
Select Mailbox Options. (You are at the Mailbox Options Menu).
• Alternately dial OP (67).
Select Call Options. (You are at the Call Handling Options Menu).
• Alternately dial CO (26).
Select to turn Automated Attendant Direct to Voice Mail on or off.
• Alternately dial O (6).
Select to turn Park and Page on or off.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Select to go back to the Mailbox Options Menu.
