Operation
To reply to a message left in your mailbox by a co-worker:
Log onto your Subscriber Mailbox.

[Listen]

[Lstn]
[Reply]
3.
[More> + More> + Reply]
4. Do one of the following.
[Continue]
a.
[Cont]
[Mailbox]
b.
[Mbox]
[Exit]
c.
[Back]

Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Message Reply
Select the Message Listen mode.
• Alternately dial L (5).
Select while listening to a message to send a reply.
• Alternately dial RE (73).
• If the mailbox does not exist, you will be prompted to enter the mailbox number to
receive the reply. This can occur if you try to reply while listening to a message
from an outside caller.
Select to start recording.
• Alternately dial # .
[Pause] Pause the recording.
[Pause]
• Alternately dial * .
[Resume] Restart the recording.
[Resume]
• Alternately dial * .
[Cancel] Cancel the recording and erase the Message On Hold.
[Cancel]
• Alternately dial E (3).
[Done]
Exit the recording mode.
[Done]
• Alternately dial # .
Back up and enter another mailbox destination for the reply (rather than the message sender).
• Alternately dial * .
Exit without recording and go back to the Message Listen menu.
