Operation
Recording and Sending a Message to a Distribution List
To record and send a message to a Distribution List:
1. Log onto Subscriber Mailbox.
[Record]
Select Record and Send a Message.

• Alternately dial RS (77).
3. Record your message and do one of the following.
[Pause]
a.
[Pause]
[Resume]
b.
[Resume]
[Cancel]
c.
[Cncl]
[Done]
d.
[Done]
4. Dial the Distribution Mailbox number (e.g., 032).
[Continue]
[Send]
[Mailbox]
[Mbox]
[Back]
[Back]
Options
● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Pause recording.
• Alternately dial * to pause.
Resume recording if paused.
• Alternately dial * to resume.
Cancel recording.
• Alternately dial E (3) to cancel (erase) your recording.
End (accept) your recording.
• Alternately dial # to accept your recording.
Send the message to the selected Distribution List.
• Alternately dial # to send your message.
Back up and reenter your Distribution List mailbox number.
• Alternately dial * to back up so you can reenter the mailbox.
Return to the Main Menu without sending the message.
