Operation
Record and Send a Message to a Single or Multiple Mailboxes
To record and send a message to a single or multiple co-workers:
Log onto Subscriber Mailbox.
1.
[Record] Select Record and Send a Message.
2.
[Rec]
• Alternately dial RS (77).
3. Listen to the voice prompt, wait for the beep, and start recording.
4.
While recording, you can do the following.
[Pause]
a.
[Pause]
[Resume]
b.
[Resume]
[Cancel]
c.
[Cncl]
[Done]
d.
[Done]
Enter the first mailbox that will receive the message and do one of the following.

• To cancel the feature, select Exit before entering the mailbox number.
• If you are a System Administrator, you can dial * to send a Broadcast Message. See
for more.

Repeat step 5 to enter additional mailbox numbers (up to 50 total).
[Exit] Select when you are done entering mailbox numbers. This exits the feature.

• Alternately dial # .

Select to pause recording.
• Alternately dial * .
Select to resume recording (if paused).
• Alternately dial * .
Select to erase the recording.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Select to confirm the recording and exit the recording mode.
• Alternately dial # .
Select to accept your entry and get ready to enter another.
• Alternately dial # .
• Choosing this option sends the message to the selected extension.
Select to cancel your mailbox entry and get ready to enter another.
• Alternately dial * .
Select to optionally exit without sending to the selected extension.
