IRECTORY
A Directory Dialing Mailbox is the type of mailbox required to implement Directory Dialing.

Only the System Administrator can record the Directory Dialing Message.
Operation
Recording a Directory Dialing Message
To record a Directory Dialing Message:
1. Log onto the System Administrator's Mailbox.
[System Admin]

Enter the Directory Dialing Mailbox number.

• By default, there are no Directory Dialing Mailboxes assigned.
Do one of the following.

Options
● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Access the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial SA (72).
Go back to the Mailbox Main Menu.
• Alternately dial # .
Select the Instruction Menu option.
• Alternately dial I (4).
Listen to current Directory Dialing message.
• Alternately dial L (5).
# Exit the listen mode.
Record a new Directory Dialing message.
• Alternately dial

[Pause] Pause recording.
[Pause]
• Alternately dial * .
[Resume] Resume recording.
[Resume]
• Alternately dial * .
[Cancel] Erase recording.
[Cncl]
• Alternately dial E (3).
[Done] Exit the recording mode.
[Done]
• Alternately dial # .
Erase the Directory Dialing message.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Go back to the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial # .
