Operation
Record and Send a Broadcast Message
To record and send a Broadcast Message to all co-workers:
Log onto System Administrator's Mailbox.
1.
[Record]
Select Record and Send a Message.
2.
[Rec]
• Alternately dial RS (77).
3. Listen to the voice prompt, wait for the beep, and start recording.
4.
While recording, you can do the following.
[Pause]
a.
[Pause]
[Resume]
b.
[Resume]
[Cancel]
c.
[Cncl]
[Done]
d.
[Done]
5. When the voice prompt asks for a mailbox number, dial * .
[Exit]
a.
[Exit]
6. Do one of the following.
[Send Msg]
a.
[Send]
[Mailbox]
b.
[Mbox]
[Exit]
c.
[Back]
Options
● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Select to pause recording.
• Alternately dial * .
Select to resume recording (if paused).
• Alternately dial * .
Select to erase the recording.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Select to confirm the recording and exit the recording mode.
• Alternately dial # .
Exit without selecting a mailbox and sending the message.
• Alternately dial # .
Select to accept your entry and get ready to enter another.
• Alternately dial # .
• Choosing this option sends the Broadcast Message. You will see "Please hold a
moment" for a few seconds while the message is being sent.
Select to discard your mailbox entry and get ready to enter another.
• Alternately dial * .
Select to optionally exit without sending the message.
