Mailbox Name
Recording or Erasing Co-worker's Names at a System Administrator's Mailbox
To record or erase a co-worker's name at a System Administrator's Mailbox:
1. Log onto the System Administrator's Mailbox.
[System Admin]

[Subscriber]
[Subs]
4. Enter the number of the Subscriber Mailbox you want to maintain.
Do one of the following.

[N/A]
[Record MBOX Name]

Do one of the following.

● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Access the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial SA (72).
Select Subscriber Mailbox Maintenance options.
• Alternately dial S (7).
Erase the mailbox name.
• Alternately dial EN (36).
Record a new mailbox name.
• Alternately dial N (6).
[Listen]
Listen to the currently recorded name (if any).
[Lstn]
• Alternately dial

[Record] Record a new name.
[Rec]
• Alternately dial
[Pause]
[Pause]
[Resume]
[Resume]
[Cancel]
[Cancel]
[Done]
[Done]
[Erase]
Erase the currently recorded name.
[Erase]
• Alternately dial E (3).
[Back] Go back to the Subscriber Maintenance Menu.
[Back]
• Alternately dial # .
L (5).
Stop listening and exit to the Subscriber Maintenance Menu.

Pause the recording.
• Alternately dial * .
Restart the recording.
• Alternately dial * .
Cancel the recording and erase the name.
• Alternately dial E (3).
Exit the recording mode.
• Alternately dial # .
