The Department Group Mailbox uses the mailbox assigned to the Department Group to which the
extension belongs.

Any extension sharing a Department Group Mailbox can record and activate the Greeting. The
UX5000 automatically uses the most recent Greeting, regardless of which member of the group
recorded it.
