Answer Schedule Override
Operation
To enable Answer Schedule Override:
1. Log onto the System Administrator's Mailbox.
[System Admin]

[Back>]

[Answer Schedule]

[More> + Sched]
Enter the number of the Answer Table you want to override ( 1 - 8 ).

• You go to the Answer Schedule Override Menu.
Do one of the following.

● Dial 0 for recorded help in any menu or sub-menu.

Enabling Answer Schedule Override
Access the System Administrator options.
• Alternately dial SA (72).
Go back to the Mailbox Main Menu.
• Alternately dial # .
Access Answer Schedule Override.
• Alternately dial O (6).
Turn Answer Schedule Override on.
• Alternately dial O (6).
Turn Answer Schedule Override off.
• Alternately dial O (6).
Select the Override Mailbox.
• Alternately dial C (2).
Enter the Override Mailbox number.
• The Override Mailbox can be an Announcement, Call Routing, or Subscriber Mailbox.
• If you make an incorrect entry, you back up to the previous step.
• To erase an entry, press CLEAR .
[Exit]
[Exit]
Go back to the System Administrator Menu.
• Alternately dial # .
Go back to the Answer Schedule Override Menu without enter-
ing an Override Mailbox.
• Alternately dial # .
