4.5.4 Securing a Cabinet




4.5.4.1 Securing a PDU8000

Procedure
Step 1 Place a PDU8000 onto a base and adjust its position. Adjust anchor bolts of the PDU8000
until the PDU8000 is 2000 mm high.
Step 2 Open the front and rear doors of the PDU8000.
Step 3 Secure the PDU8000 to the base using four M12 bolts, as shown in

Measure the aisle width between cabinet doors using a measuring tape.

If the aisle width is not 1200 mm, adjust the cabinet positions to ensure a 1200 mm wide aisle.
 The length deviation between the two rows of cabinets must be within 1.5 mm, and the deviation
unevenness must be within 1 mm.
Exercise cautions when securing cabinets to prevent devices from tilting.
Before securing cabinets, move and place the cabinets onto bases with 3–4 persons for
safety purposes.
The front door surface of the PDU8000 should be aligned with that of the cabinet.
