4.6.4.1.1 Installing a Mounting Kit Under a Sliding Aisle Door
Context
The mounting kits under aisle doors are required only when 2000 mm high cabinets are
placed in aisle containment.
The mounting kit under an aisle door is used to seal the bottom of cabinets. It is assembled by
five components.
sealing plates are respectively assembled by two components. The assembly length can be
600 mm or 800 mm.

(1) Side sealing plate

Check Item
between the cabinet top and the floor surface is
2000 mm ± 1 mm.
The distance between cabinet front doors on both
sides of an aisle is 1200 mm ± 2 mm.
The length deviation between the two rows of
cabinets on an end of the module is less than or
equal to 2 mm.
Check that the heights of the combined cabinets
meet the requirements. The height of the four
cabinets on both ends of an aisle is 2000 mm.
The height deviation between the floor surface
and support top is within 3 mm, and no deviation
is preferred.
