Precautions for Installing Air Conditioner Pipes
Take the following precautions when routing and securing air conditioner pipes:



Securing and Supporting Air Conditioner Pipes
It air conditioner pipes are routed beneath an air conditioner, it is recommended that the pipes
be fixed on the floor or to the base. It air conditioner pipes are routed above an air conditioner,
it is recommended that the pipes be fixed to the cable rack. Pipes must be securely fixed. It is
recommended that they be fixed using M8 or larger bolts.

PPR chilled water pipe does not exceed 80 mm after it is wrapped with thermal
insulation foam.
PPR cold water pipes are recommended for the main water inlet pipes of air-cooled air
conditioners. It is recommended that the total diameter of the PPR chilled water pipe
does not exceed 40 mm after it is wrapped with thermal insulation foam.
