The space around the lower part of a door post is narrow. Therefore, use a small box-end wrench or an
adjustable wrench if required.
Step 3 Level the upper frame. Measure the levelness of the upper frame using a level with a liquid
indicator. If the levelness is greater than 0.5° , adjust the levelness of the upper frame.

Put M6x16 screws through the fixing plate, as shown by (3) in
the door post to the cabinet side post using the fixing plate, as shown by (4) in
4-71.
For (3) in Figure 4-71, the recommended torque is 2.94 N.m ± 10%.
In Figure 4-71, (4) is a magnified view of the left post, and should contain a fixing plate as the screw
washer. The figure is for reference only.
If the cabinet side post has mounting holes secure the door frame to the cabinet bottom. If the
cabinet side post has no mounting holes, secure the door frame to the bottom sealing plate of the
cabinet. If an adaptive frame is installed, secure the door frame to the adaptive frame bottom.
When the door frame is secured to a 600 mm wide cabinet, tighten screws into the
uppermost two holes.
When the door frame is secured to a 300 mm wide PDU8000 with an enclosure frame,
tighten screws into the uppermost two holes.
Observe the levelness of upper frame. Adjust the anchor bolts of a cabinet if it is not
level.
If the upper frame is apparently level, use a level to measure the levelness. If the
levelness does not meet the requirement:
