4.13 (Optional) Installing Base Decorative Plates

Context
A base decorative plate is used to seal the bases of micro-module end cabinets. It is optional
and not configured by default. The BOM number is 21500682.
Procedure
Step 1 Install a base decorative plate for cabinets on both ends of an aisle.
