This renewal stage interchanges part of packetA's FIFO and packetB's FIFO. And load same flow. If
it receive SOF Token by error and so on, this data loss for renew frame. If nothing problem receiving
PID USBC and receving frame-data accompany CRC-error, USBC set LOST to STATUS in FRAME
register, don't renew frame-number. But in this case, SOF is asserted and FIFO condition renewal. If
receive nothing transfer sending isochronous in frame, USBC clear FIFO (Xcondition), and it set
READY to STATUS.
