3.10.3.15 FRAME register
  This register shows frame-number which is issued with SOF-token from the host and is used for
isochronous transfer type.
Each H and L-register shows upper and lower bits.
whether the data exist or not in FIFO-RAM.

3.10.3.16 ADDRESS register
This register shows device-address which is specified by the host in Bus Enumeration.
By reading this register, a current address can be confirmed.

shows frame-number and renewed when SOF-token is received.
shows enabled or disabled of function for SOF auto-generation.
It is used for the case of receiving-error of SOF-token.
This function is set by COMMAND-register.
By reset, this bit is initialized to "0".
show the status whether a frame-number shown FRAME-register
is correct or not. At the LOST-status, a correct frame-number
is invalid.
If this register is "VALID", it means a value in FRAME-register
is correct.
If this register is "BEFORE", when using SOF auto-generation,
BEFOREcondition displies it from USB-host-contreoller inside that
from SOF generation time to receive SOF-token. Right value is it in
frame-number that value advanced one value from value displied to
FRAME register.

This is initialized to "00H" by USB-reset.
