When you use Descriptor ROM, prepare idProduct and bcdDevice
field as register. Therefore if determine Descriptor-data as ROM,you can
writing only this area. If you use it, access to this register before connection
to USB host, and determined data.
Config Send Config Descriptor stored Descriptor RAM.
At this point, send not only Config Descriptor but also interface, Endpoint
Descriptor.
